Air Algérie is the national airline carrier of Algeria, offering cheap flight fares and operating scheduled international services to destinations in 28 countries in Europe, North America, Africa, Asia, and the Middle East.

For international flights:
First class: 40 kg.
Business class: 30 kg.
Economy class: 20 kg.

For Domestic flights:
First & Business class: 30 kg.
Economy class: 20 kg.
Infant: 10 kg.
Each passenger is allowed one piece of hand baggage with the sum of its dimensions not exceeding 115 cm. Personal items like umbrellas, cameras, purses and laptops are free to carry as well.
You can check-in with Air Algérie either at the airport’s check-in counters or online.
Check-in counters at most airports open 3 hours before departure and close 1 hour prior to it.
Traveling without baggage? Depending on your departure airport, you may be able to save some time!
Check-in Online, choose your preferred seat and print your check-in receipt from 24 hours and until 3 hours before your flight’s departure, then you can be at the airport just 90 minutes prior to your travel time.
The online check-in receipt is not a boarding pass, you have to get your boarding pass from the check-in counters at the airport.
If you’re traveling with baggage you have to be at the airport 3 hours before your flight’s departure time even if you checked-in online.
Online check-in isn’t available when flying from Cairo.
